My blog fails like 90% of the people on Wipeout
For those of you who do not understand the reference I have made in the title, search your tv listings right now! Wipeout might be the least intelligent show on television right now, but it never fails to make me laugh. What doesn't make me laugh is the price of Apple products. I recently came into a little bit of money due to my graduation from school. I decided to get a Macbook Pro. As it turns out Apple assrapes you with their prices worse than the inmate from American History X (again a must watch...albeit for slightly different reasons). Now I realize that everyone wants to buy a Mac (it's cause that John Hodgeman is so darn funny), but you'd think that Apple would put their prices within at least a thousand dollars of a competitor. Sadly this is not the case and I'm going to have to wait to type on my Macbook Pro till a chilly November night. I'm just a sucker for a good "Windows sucks" joke I guess.

Day 1-And So It Begins
It's on! As you may have seen at my girlfriend's website, she has a whole bunch of initiatives to complete. She didn't really give herself a deadline, which doesn't bode well for her. I've decided to make my list, and come up with a deadline for each:
1. Get a MacBook Pro (End of the Summer)
Yes they are ridiculously expensive, but they are very pretty and eye attracting in the Eaton's Centre.
2. Read the Amazing Spider-Man (1967-2003) (2 weeks)
I found 20 discs of the complete run, it's going to be a nerdy summer.
3. Start Exercising Daily (Tomorrow)
Those are all that I'm going to come up with for now. Check back in tomorrow to see if I've had any amazing ideas.
And now for my Monday Music Mix. Upon Alysha's request I am doing The Beatles in 20 songs. It is important to note that I'm directing these songs towards my girlfriend and not nessesarily what I believe represents the Beatles. These are merely jumping off points. Even as I look at my playlist I can see 20 songs I would include just as easily to it.
1. I Saw Her Standing There
It's just so catchy. My favourite off Please Please Me, which isn't saying much (but still...).
2. Eight Days A Week
Saw it at the season finale of Scrubs (Season 3), its been a favourite ever since.
3. Drive My Car (Off Love instead of Rubber Soul)
An incredible mix. I honestly thought it was written this way.
4.In My Life
It makes me nostalgic, and I don't even have anything to be nostalgic for.
5.Taxman
Amazing start to an amazing record
6. Eleanor Rigby
Not as big a fan as I used to be, but it still deserves to be on here.
7.Here, There and Everywhere
Only because Alysha would like it...it's not In My Life or anything
8.I Am The Walrus
To tell you the truth I like Jim Carrey's version better
9. Strawberry Fields Forever
My Favourite Lennon Song
10. Penny Lane
It's perfect for a jaunt down the street
11. All You Need Is Love
I sing along, everytime
12. With a Little Help From My Friends
See Above
13.Happiness is a Warm Gun
Possibly my favourite Beatles song
14. While My Guitar Gently Weeps
Clapton+Beatles...amazing
15. Hey Jude
Nuff Said
16. Come Together
In Memory of Nortel Networks
17. Something
Proof that George Harrison could have been the best Beatle
18. Here Comes the Sun
Just Plain Catchy
19. Let it Be
Amazing
20. A Day in the Life
The best Beatles Song...i think.

Blog Every Day...Summer?
Well I'm at it again. Making resolutions I probably will not keep. This time however I have rules and I'm going to get my girlfriend Alysha to enforce them. I'm going to blog everyday Mon-Fri, in addition to the whole vlogging thing every other day. Anyways I'll get to my other resolution...
Alysha and I have decided that Monday is Music Monday. This means we have to choose 10 songs for each other to listen to. This week I've chosen the theme (yes I've decided to do creative themes) of SONGS THAT ALYSHA WOULD NEVER LISTEN TO, BUT SHOULD.
1. Paradise by the Dashboard Lights- Meat Loaf
This song is awesome. I don't know any other way to say it. Meat Loaf is kinda a one album wonder, but he made a great one album. This song, which features a baseball announcer segment (which makes sense!!!!), lasts 8 and a half minutes but amazingly carries my attention for that long.
2. Heart of Gold- Neil Young
I don't want this to be all old classic hits but I really like this song. It's a sterotypical Neil Young song to choose but it's that song for a reason. I could choose Cortez the Killer or something like that but really this is the song you need to listen to to get into Neil. It's listenable over and over again. No matter what the situation.
3. Darkness Darkness-Robert Plant
This song is proof to me that Robert Plant could do something meaningful outside of Led Zeppelin. Granted I listened to only the one song, but it was really really good.
4. There There- Radiohead
I listen to Radiohead in waves. I get hooked on different songs as I discover them. This one is just amazing. The drums, the lyrics, it's just different from most songs, in a really good way.
5. The Man Who Sold The World-Nirvana
My mother likes this, I like this. It's safe to say it covers a large demographic.
6.Dimension-Wolfmother
I need to be able to play this bass riff! And I can't even play guitar.
7.Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots Part 1-Flamings Lips
Weird...in an amazingly good way.
8. Jacqueline- Franz Ferdinand
Give it a minute.
9. City of Delusion-Muse
I must see this band in concert.
10. Golden Slumbers/Carry That Weight/The End-The Beatles
This is how The Beatles should have gone out. With a medley and a rhyming couplet.

Introduction to the Vlog Viewers
Hello! For people who have never read my blog before welcome, for those who have visited before thank you for returning. As a method of introducing myself to new readers I've decided to hit random article on wikipedia and find the first five that apply.
1. Louis XIV of France.
I am a member of the trivia team at my school (believe me it's the cool club). As a general rule, when you are asked about a French King, always guess Louis 14. He's the only one that really did anything.
2. Command Prompt (Windows)
I have no idea what the command prompt is for. However I did try to code my own website. The result can be found at www.mitchit.webs.com. I hope one day to complete it but I'm a procrastiator...and coding's hard.
3. The Black Cat (short story)
I love classic literature! I mean they are called classics for a reason. I hope to one day to be an English Teacher....I've never read The Black Cat though.
4. List of Olympic Medalists in ice hockey
I live in Canada, so obviously I'm a hockey fan. Though I love hockey, I can't play it. This is because I'm a wimp and a huge nerd.
5. Kilt Accessories
I have not, and never will, wear a kilt.
